What is Contraption Films?
Contraption Films are things that are conceived in the imagination of Charley Brown.
There, they grow, multiply, and gestate into really odd things. Sometimes they are useful and help the advancement of humankind. Other times they are as overwhelming as a cat fart. But they are always interesting, unique and entertaining.
I collaborate on videos a lot. If you have an idea, or you'd like to have my help with your video, or want to work with me, get in touch! (contact info on the Crew page).

Contraption Films. More fun than putting tape on a cat!*
*Contraption Films does not endorse putting tape on cats. That is not nice.
In this area you will find permanent links to download live recordings of Michael's music. As I have time I'll add more.
Shows I recorded: Day Show-Live-1979
A "typical" show, recorded in the summer of 1979 while I was working at WDW. I have about a dozen of these, but this is the best one overall, between the sound quality and the content. This was during the time Michael was actually employed by WDW as a performer. I believe he started around 1974.
Christmas Show-Live-1980
Around Christmas, Michael's last set of the day (he usually played 4-5 shows daily) was a "special" Christmas show. It starts out like a regular day show, but then he works in a lot of familiar seasonal tunes.
Stetson Concert-1983
In the spring of 1983 Michael put on a show at Stetson University (DeLand, Florida). This was one of the earliest post-Disney World appearances. Michael returned to Disneyland and Walt Disney World for many guest appearances in the years to follow.
Stetson Clinic-1983
In the afternoon before the Stetson appearance, Michael offered a free clinic on synthesizers, allowing people to come see the machine close up, and ask questions. This is audio of that clinic.
